Refund and Cancellation Policy

All fees paid during the application or licensing process are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Once an applicant is accepted into the program, they are responsible for any remaining licensing or buildout fees due.
• If a cancellation request is made before onboarding or training begins, Our Financial Health may, at its discretion, approve a partial refund minus administrative costs.
