Establishing Vendor Relationships

We will build relationships with all relevant vendors to produce your product.

We will set up accounts with local vendors who you will be ordering products from, we will make the introductions and negotiate pricing.

Menu Costing – You will be given a dynamic spreadsheet with all of your product costs per ingredient. 

We will outline your profit margin based on your specified price point and adjust things as needed to make sure it’s within industry standards.

Overall Operations & Administrative Documents

We will make sure your management staff is prepared to fulfill their role. You will receive audio files and pdfs outlining their best practices for the sections listed below:

More detailed and case specific elements will be outlined during onsite staff training. We will also make ourselves fully available to you up to 2 weeks after opening to discuss any concerns that may arise.

Administrative Documents -We will take care of all of your admin paperwork to run your business. Opening and Closing Checklist:

Marketing Strategy – You will be given a custom marketing strategy. This will include a list of strategic partners in your areas as well as influencers that you can collaborate with to run specific promotions.

Hiring GM & Key Staff –We will put out the job posting for your management-level staff and do up to 7 video interviews with prospective candidates. We will give you our top 2-3 prospects so your team can make the final decision. From there we will give your manager the relevant role requirements and job postings for them to hire the rest of your team.

3 Days Onsite Staff Training – We will send one of our team members to your location to train your staff on everything from kitchen safety, customer service, prep, and everything in between.

Full ongoing Support:

You will have a Regional Manager who is responsible for directly supporting you. You can count on your RM for operational input and best practices. In addition, your RM will visit you regularly to ensure we are
meeting your needs and that you are maximizing the potential of your business. On an ongoing basis, the Healthy Boost Support Center will continue to drive the brand and support your efforts in areas of marketing, real estate and development, supply chain, and IT. Should you have questions or need help
with issues in these areas, your RM will put you in touch with the appropriate person at the Healthy Boost
support center.

We also offer a full time Management option at 10% of the gross, this does not include the 7% franchising fee.

Kiosk Licensee Fees

What support will I receive after the initial training is completed?

One of the advantages of licensing with us is access to our support network. This support comes in several ways:

We have established relationships with vendors who will guide you to the right products, equipment, and small wares. We have also negotiated volume discounts on your behalf and we pass all of those savings on to you. After signing your licensing agreement, you will be in touch with your Regional Manager who is responsible for directly supporting you. You can count on your RM for operational input and best practices. In addition, your RM will visit you regularly to ensure we are meeting your needs and that you are maximizing the potential of your business.

One component of Healthy Boost overall growth strategy is non-traditional development. Qualified licensees can develop kiosks in special venues such as:

• Highway travel plazas
• Hospitals
• Military bases
• Office buildings
• Entertainment venues

These high-visibility, high-traffic locations offer convenient access to our customers and maybe an attractive investment opportunity for licensees. Developers of the various venues understand that adding a Healthy Boost to their location provides a diverse menu with a variety of freshly made, great-tasting food. Healthy Boost’s non-traditional development team provides support and experience to licensees pursuing non-traditional opportunities, including prototype kiosk elevations and layouts, kitchen equipment designs, and assistance with project proposals. The Price

Unlike a Juice Bar Store build- out thats cost in the hundreds of thousands, our Fully equipped kiosk including location selection start out at $65,000 with Financing Options Available ( Price does not include rent). This gives the owner a great way to make a Net of $125,000 to $175,000 a year.
